Return & Exchange Policy

If it is a warranty issue, please refer to the Product Warranty under Shopping Guide.

At Bliss Acoustics, we offer product exchange or return with conditions. Before sending anything back, please contact us with the following information:

  • The Invoice number
  • Description of your product
  • Reason for RETURN

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept any return products without this number.

Product sent without a Return Authorization Number shall be refused in delivery or shipped back to origin at customer’s own expense.

Product Exchange

Bliss Acoustics  accepts exchanges with following conditions.

  • Bliss Acoustics reserves the right to refuse product exchange.
  • Exchanges ( subject to approval ) for products of equal or higher value will be considered.
  • Sale items(s), special orders(s), pre-owned items(s), discontinued products(s), or speciality product(s) ie. Phono cartridges, software etc. do not qualify for product exchange.
  • Item(s) must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • A $20 or 10 % restocking and processing fee will be applied at no exception.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, or a re-packing charge of 10% will apply.
  • The cost of shipping is not refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and must be insured and traceable. It is the customer’s sole responsibility for untraceable and uninsured lost item(s).

After we receive the return product, store credit will be issued.

Product Return

Bliss Acoustics accepts returns with following conditions.

  • Bliss Acoustics reserves the right to refuse product return.

  • A $50 or 25% restocking and processing fee will be applied at no exception.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, or a re-packing charge of 10% will apply.
  • The cost of shipping is not refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and must be insured and traceable. It is the customer’s sole responsibility for untraceable and uninsured lost item(s).

After we receive the return product, please allow 2-4 weeks for credit to be issued.
